Monterrey is as busy as it is beautiful. The climate is warm and so are the people. Armando helps keep the city linked to the outside world in a job he calls "great every single day."
One of his big customers needed a next day delivery on a large shipment but the pallets were oversized. Armando repacked the entire order to get it ready for Express shipping.

Jo Anne Pieraccini, directs ramp teams to meet inbound aircraft that come in on the day side of the Hub. The goal is to make sure the freight and the offload teams are in sync.
