FedEx Express Reaches Out to the Shaio Foundation of Bogota
Bogota, Colombia, October 1, 2007 - FedEx Express coordinated a special visit for the children of Shaio Clinic by bringing Panam GP Series Race Car Drivers Hugo Oliveras and Alfonso “Picho” Toledano to deliver gifts and toys. The Mexican drivers sponsored by FedEx Express were in Colombia for a race October 6-7. The Panam GP Series reflects elements of key FedEx qualities: speed, teamwork and precision.
Corazón Colombia program is part of the Shaio Clinic Foundation at the Premiere Cardiovascular Center in Colombia. Their specialty is to assist underprivileged Colombia children with non-invasive cardiac procedures.
