The logistics industry may traditionally be seen as male-dominated, but my experience with FedEx, its customers, partners and suppliers has been very different. There has been no ‘glass ceiling’ on what I can achieve as a female manager with this company. I never had to sacrifice my most important objective in my life: the existence and well-being of my family.”
