Joe Gauthier is more than just the FedEx guy to his customers. He's a delivery star!

Joe does plenty of heavy lifting in hard-working Hamilton, Ontario, but his light heart keeps his customers smiling. He recently was awarded a gold star -- one of the biggest on the sheet. That's because he helped a customer find a medical prescription that had lost its way.
