Actor Gary Sinise announces that three major non-profit organizations and FedEx Express are working together to deliver much-needed school supplies to children in Iraq. This effort known as Operation Iraqi Children is a grassroots organization co-founded by Sinise and Laura Hillenbrand, author of "Seabiscuit: An American Legend."
