People's Republic of China Minister Counselor Zhang Keyaun speaks at a ceremony welcoming two giant pandas, YaYa and LeLe, to the Memphis community as the newest residents at the Memphis Zoo. Their arrival in the United States was made possible by FedEx Express, who brought the pandas to Memphis from Beijing.
